Re: most effective way of making a complaint with a company?
what happend was -
one of my employees was shopping there on her break and the person who rang her up saw her ann taylor badge and went on a whole rant about how she used to work there and we're all a bunch of 'snotty *******'
this is someone who work for us well over a year and a half ago who gave us nothing but grief for 2 years
I went to speak the store manager today who said he's the area manager and he has a hard time believing that would happen but he would 'take a looksee' whatever that means

or u can just confront her..
but honestly. i would just shrug it off.

That's a tough one, since it wasn't you who she said that to, but rather another employee from your store. If you're looking to file a complaint, I'd actually have the person who it was said to be the one to do it. She sounds like a real piece of work - I'd just be thankful that I didn't have to work with her anymore and leave it be.
