Most Obnoxious Wedding Guest
With any luck, I won't have an incident like my BFF had...
One of her MIL's guests responded plus one, even though she was not invited with a guest. fine.
On the day of the wedding, the plus one did not show, so she paid for someone who she didnt want to pay for in the first place, and then is a no show. grrr but fine.
THEN my BFF deposits all of the checks and cash from wedding, only to have one check bounce (thus incurring a $20 returned check fee) - the check from the guest with the no show plus one!![]()
At that point, her MIL apologized on the guest's behalf and had the person issue them another check. BFF and her DH said, no that's ok, but the mom kept insisting it would be rude not to deposit the check after she wrote out a second one.
you can see where this is going...
the check bounced again.![]()
