I also danced with my Mom to Celine's 'Because you loved Me.' My Mom also walked me down the aisle. It was a very special moment for us b/c my Mom and I are best friends, and we have shared so much together, since I am her only daughter. I wanted to dance with her on my wedding day b/c I saw it as a very special way to honor her and all that she has sacrificed in her life to make my life (and my brothers') better.

At first, my Mom was a little nervous to dance with me b/c it was a surprise, and she's a bit shy. But, by the middle of the song, she was fine. There was not a dry eye in the room...it was a very, very touching moment.

If you want to dance with your Mom, than do whatever will make your heart happy on your wedding day. You only get to do this once (hopefully)!

I also danced with my mom to a popular Italian song called 'Mamma', a song devoted to a mother, its an amazing song and she tears up just singing along to it. Of course I made sure the DJ played it and casually went and got my mom up to the dance floor... She Loved it !
