We went a few years ago, and it was very good.

105 Harbor in Cold Spring Harbor. You're probably going to have trouble at most places getting a reservation this late in the game for Mother's Day brunch.

In Eastern Nassau there's Rothmann's in East Norwich.

Off The Wall in Huntington Village. We just made a reservation there for 12 of us. Dh and I love their food..
