Where has everyone's mothers gotten their mother of the bride's dresses from and how long did it take to come in and cost? Planning a wedding in 6 months is too stressful! Was anyone able to get a good deal with off the rack?

Does estelles, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale do alterations there? My mom's in a nursing home and in a wheelchair so trying to find out the best and easiest places to take her to so it's not too much for her going out in the cold.
