I used 'Just the way you are' by Billy Joel. My wife used 'You've got a friend'-James Taylor to dance with her father to.

Patrick and his mom are using My Son. It'a a traditional Irish song. I don't know who sings it, but I could find out, if you'd like. : )

My Son - Andy Cooney sings a version of it. It can also be found on the Irish Wedding Songs CD. You can get it at any Irish Import Shop. There's one in Williston Park, Little Neck, Stewart Manor, Wantagh. Or try Rego records in New Hyde Park.
