My sister is inviting 10 of my friends/and 4 future sis in laws to a spa day at the east wind for my bachelorette party. They give you treatments, lunch, and then we may hit a winery or two.
Question... is it awful if I don't include my Mom and my future MIL? They are both wonderful, and I love them,,,but.......

Re: Mothers at Bachelorette Parties??
I'm not inviting my mom for FMIL. Also, Ive never been to a bachelorette party where there were moms there. I don't think they will be offended.

No, I hate hate hate moms at bachelorettes! It may as well be a shower then. But like someone above me said, sometimes you can have everyone at dinner beforehand or something if that's an option.

We are going to Vegas and I invited my mom and some of her friends. These women can out party the younger ladies. I have no problem with it

I see how it depends.... some girls can party w/ their moms, etc... My mom is older and not a drinker, so not sure...
The dinner thing is a good idea, but we are doing the spa then hitting wineries. Thanks ladies!

Invite her to the spa then she can head home if she wants or tag along.
It all depends on your relationship with your mom. Either way I'm sure she will understand. My mom wont be attending mine but I have to BP parties that the mom went.
