Mother's Day

Anyone have any suggestions for a nice waterfront restaurant to bring my mom saturday for lunch. I'm celebrating mothers day with her Saturday!! Preferably on Long Island. I was thinking Lombardis on the sound

I'm not sure where on LI you're looking for but I love Louie's in Port Washington and basically all of the restaurants on the Nautical Mile are great! HTH

I second Louie's although I dont think the weather will be nice enough to sit outside

She doesn't eat fish so I have to go someplace that serves sandwiches. I thought lombardis on the sound would be nice bc we are getting married at Villa so it is a sister location!!!

I called Lombardi's already and they are all booked up for reservations.

Im going on Saturday though for lunch i called and asked if i needed reservations and they told me no- if the weather is bad im going to have to come up with another plan...

ladies any other suggestions since the weather is bad- don't think it makes sense to go all the way to lombardis on the sound if the weather is not nice.. Help!!! Something inexpensive to bc im on a budget... I know there are places in bayshore that we have gone to and she likes so maybe there...
