motivation

I need some - can anyone help? I need to eat better and to start to pack - ive just been tired- but i need to pack a lil bit at a time

and i gotta stop stuffing my face food is not a crutch

Oh, shucks, Lindsay!!!!! I thought someone was giving motivation away, and I came to get some!!!!!

I like it!!! Seriously though....packing at the last minute to move is the worst. You really need to start now. You can start with the summer clothes. Usually when I pull out my summer stuff I'm like ok I need to stop eating for a week because this is how much more skin I will be showing. It kills 2 birds with 1 stone. You can do it!!!

just start with one project, Don't worry it all works out. Stop looking at the whole thing. start with like 1 drawer to pack & take a marker & tape & start marking what is in the box. keep a little notepad that you keep an inventory of what you packed up already. & if you can color code or number code the box too

Thank you!!! Im still glum about leaving home - but yea i need to start - and i need to start writing down what i eat too and counting points again - ia have just under 2 months!
