I actually can't wait to move out of NYC. I know what you girls mean about wanting to move to a cute small town with character. That's exactly what I want. I can't seem to get Connecticut out of my head - I'm even getting married there, I love it so much!

I think I watch too much Gilmore Girls.

We both have family here and out of state. But it will be a big transition for the both of us. I have such mixed feelings about moving out of state.

He is moving in with me.,(In Manhattan) Our leases are up and I work downtown, he works in CT.

FH is a teacher, and he had been looking for a job for 2 years, and last spring we decided we would apply out of state...somewhere coastal.....and we did, and we were ready to move, but then he got a job locally....soo there goes our moving out of state plans. I think I would have been miserable away from my family...especially with all the new babies in the fam! So...looks like we will be on long island for a while....

we are planning on moving out of state too. We have decided no more than 3 hours away. PA, NH, NJ, CT, MA areas, i know some of them arent much cheaper but Its better than here. NH for example, you get so much more for your money!

I'm moving to Philly this friday!!!! Well, technically, I'm right on the border of philly and the suburbs....but rent is considerably cheaper....

I can't leave Long Island. I love it here too much. Plus I can't leave my mom. Don't know what I would do without her. I couldn't imagine moving away from her.
