The florist! SO FH and I have decided to book Long Island Sound! We really liked what they had to offer and have seen them at weddings and they were great..
My next question is, do i have to know what colors and flowers i want before booking a florist? Or can I have some idea and book a date?

The only thing that is really important to know before visiting florists is your color scheme. What color dresses your bm's will be in. If you know that any good florist can give you ideas of flowers and bo-k's and cp's. But it is really hard if you don't know the colors. Good luck and have fun.
Try flower Michele, they are awesome and came in $500 cheaper than another florist I had seen

i heard some good things about burtons... something like every flower is the same price which i find kinda crazy! makes me wonder what this 'price' is...

WHEN I BOOKED WITH PEDESTALS I DIDNT HAVE TO KNOW MY COLOR SCHEME YET THEY SAID IT CAN WAIT TILL THE DAY GETS CLOSER THEY NEED 2 MONTHS TO ORDER THE FLOWERS ONLY.

U can have an idea and a date...and they'll work with u from there.
I loved flower michele..John works with u and gives u ton of ideas. U also get to use whatever vase you want that he owns. Other people charge an arm and a leg for vases that they own.
