me and fh have almost all the money saved for our wedding, we only need a little more. i really want to move up my wedding to march 2005. i already have church,hall, photo and video booked. would they keep the money i already put down, or would they let me put it towards the new date? i would still use the same vendors i already booked.

I'm sure that it will be a pain to co-ordinate all of them together for a new date, but if they are all available, I don't see why you shouldn't do it. Unless you guys are saving for a house, then you might want to keep the date and keep saving (since you are doing such a good job! )

no, we dont have to save for a house, fh's parents are building us an apartment above their house. i dont know what to do, i would really like to move it up, but it's probably impossible to get all of them to be available on the same date.

I would imagine your vendors would be happy to move up the date. March is a much more difficult month to sell. Your caterer should reduce the price substantially and your other vendors should boost their product if they can't reduce their price. Make a few calls...it can't hurt - you can always leave your plans the way they are if you don't like the answers you get! Good luck!

Call and ask them - you never know - march isnt as a popular a month so they may be available - just dont stick to one day - you have four weekends -

i would call and see if the dates are available with your vendors and see what the price difference would be if anything. if you want to move it up and they vendors are available i say go for it.
