I'll second your what makes it amish?

WELL I see amish markets in the city alot so its common.

You know how they make everything natural...like they churn their own butter and stuff like that so im guessing very natural food maybe look it up, see what the menu is like lol

Looking at it its probably more like a farmers market...they don't have many of those on LI> I know in the city they do.

It's making me hungry just thinking about it.

yeah in union square theyre always out there

We have a Blue Tulip down here in Fairfax, VA. Its a really cute store. I haven't had time to look through the invitations but they definitely have a whole section full of them. They have some cute cards and tons of cute frames and photo albums. Don't have any money for shopping though, I have to stay out of all stores to avoid it

i think this was one of those rumors that spread before they even broke ground on atlas....i grew up over there and i remember people saying things like there was going to be a tiffany's, an elizabeth arden day spa, and someone even said they were going to renovate and operate a defunct stop on the LIRR that would stop at atlas park!!...i still read a local paper from there and none of this was ever mentioned in any article about atlas park...then again, if it's really successful you never know what could happen in the future...

while i'm on the subject, there WILL be a loehmann's opening in rego park at 97-77 Queens Blvd. where CompUSA was...also a Century 21 on Junction Blvd. next to the LIE...

i was wrong about trader joe's apparently it's going to be in the same building....i googled it...

The plans for 90-30 Metropolitan Ave are a little more clear. These images are from the sales material posted on the developer's website. Trader Joe's will go on the first floor with an escalator separating it from Staples in the same building. On top will be a Michael's, which is kind of like Staples, isn't it? How many magic markers and oak tag can one building sell?
Anyway, who cares about those two. Expect TJ's to be open in the Fall. Congratulations to Robert K. Futterman & Associates. The Trader Joe's Forest Hills signing is up for the REBNY Deal of the Year award. It's the only real estate deal outside of Manhattan nominated.

you know what, going to the movies there is a great idea...sometimes i get sick of going to either the one in astoria, college point or forest hills. So a new movie theater to try out and just in time bc i want to see oceans 13 soon
