Mr & Mrs........YUP....that will be us!!!! Cause they asked!!!!!

We were talking to the travel agent about our honeymoon and they asked us the spelling of the names that will be on our itineraries.......

It was the most AMAZING feeling to use my MARRIED name!!!!! YAY!!!!! I can't wait to see it on paper!!!!! IT was just so exciting for me!!!! FH even smiled.....he's excited about too......

Isn't it funny, the things that just lighten up our eyes!!!! WOW!!!!!

I can't WAIT to get married....only 40 days girls!!!!!

aww! I didn't think about that... I made the reservation in both our names, how do I change it? I want everyone to cal me by my married name!!

Hmmmmm, Phone your travel agent and see what they say? Maybe they can change the name on the reservation still????

AWWW.....i know exactly how you feel. When we got our marriage license they asked the same thing. the feeling is undescrible. TIme is going to fly your right after me!! I CANT BELIEVE IT OUR MONTH IS ALMOST HERE

I know!!! It is so crazy how time is FLYING by!!!! I haven't even decided on flowers yet, booked a videographer........decided on my hair........oh my goodness!!!! Too much to do! We haven't picked our favors......not OOT boxes done yet!!!!!

Oh for goodness sakes!!!!!! I never even thought of that!!!! why didn't our TA think of that!!!! What a door knob!!!!! I'll have to talk to him about this. I'm sure it was an honest mistake, but I got all excited and now ....BLAH!

unless ur passport or Driver's license is in ur new married name ur reservation should all match the name on ur i.d.'s.

Awwww...those are great feelings!!!!

I can't wait to be the new Mrs too!!

Our TA informed us though our airline tickets MUST be in my maiden name because there will be no way I could change it to my married name. Passport name MUST match your airline tickets.

Its such a great feeling.. BUT I work in the travel business and you might have a problem traveling with your married name if you do not have photo ID with that name on it ..Especially if you are going international! I would call back your travel agent You may be able to use your marriage license but the rules for that change so much.. But I am guessing NO sorry chica!

As for the issue of traveling with your married vs. maiden name - yes, you have to travel with your maiden name because legally that is what it will still be. However, maybe your TA meant that he just put your ITINERARY under your married names, but not your actual reservations.

For ex., my TA sent me my honeymoon info and it said that it was the info for Mr. & Mrs. FH's Name, but it had my maiden name down for the actual reservations.

I hear ya I cannot wait to be a Mrs. (but my travel agent said to put our reservation in my maiden name because i won't have everything changed in time for the HM and with all the travel requirements and id info you need she did not want me to have a problem just be careful ladies)
