Diane - that's exactly what I said to my DH. But we were getting ready to watch something else, so flipped it on at the end. We were just laughing at it. I said the guys in the masks look like the Ming the Merciless' football players in Flash Gordon!!!!

I love watching that show! And I can say thats its the first time Ive seen a show like this where the girl acts like a normal person. She doesnt start falling in love with a guy she barely meets, she keeps her standards high and doesnt pretend like anyone is Prince Charming! Im sure all that will change in the coming episodes but I really like to see a girl with a backbone on TV for a change.

I think they chose Monica because she is a notorious for her sex life and is not at all ashamed about it. But more importantly, she is a sucessful single women. What bad example is she setting?

There is no point in having Monica on the show. She hardly speaks and just makes strange facial expressions. I don't like Haley at all. I think she is kind of rude and all the candidates are just so weird. I did laugh a lot though.

I must agree with Sonicstef here. I think Haley's reactions to the guys is great. I've always thought that 90% of the men on these shows are scary, so I find it refreshing that when a man declares his undying love for her that she finds that weird -- unlike Trista who thought awwww how sweet.

I find this show hysterical! Can you imagine passing a bost of a bunch of men in masks - what freaks! I laugh throughout the whole show.

The men are all strange and so far I am not sure what my opinion is on Haley. As far as Monica - I barely realize she is there - doesn't bother me at all.

But come on Stef...Monica a sucessful single women? She doesn't have a job these days. She claims she can't get one. What did she expect after having an affair with the president. She is a terrible example for women!

Doesnt Monica have her own handbag line? That sounds like a pretty good job to me. Am I confusnig her with someone else?

Edited to add: I think its such an incredible injustice that Monica gets torn to shreds b/c she gave a BJ to the president. So what? If Hilary Clinton can move on from it, so should the rest of the world. Should this girl whole life be a punchline for the country because of it? JFK had extra marital affairs all the time and nobody vilifies him!

As far as I'm concerned, considering they continued putting Clinton on TV (and he was the one breaking vows) then Monica should not be excluded.
