MS Outlook - Out of Office Assistant

My sister uses MS Outlook at work and she asked me How can you set-up the e-mail Out of Office assistant? (so incoming e-mails are notified that you are out of the office)

Does anyone know how to do this? I don't, at work we use Lotus Notes.

go to tools...out of office assistant..you should be able to click out of office and write a note in the box.
