Music at wedding

I'm just curious what types of music you are having your band or DJ play at your weddings?

everything from disco...to dance...to slow songs...and everything in between... I am kind of leaving it all up to the DJ...letting him 'feel' the crowd and play the best music for our guests...

I'm basically leaving it up to the DJ too. They know what type of music will get a crowd on the dance floor. But I would say some 60s, 70s, popular stuff, slow stuff, disco, etc.

I would love a mix with a focus on music from the 30's and 40's. I'm a huge fan of Sinatra, Dinah Washington, Fred Astaire, Ella Fitzgerald and big bands like Ellington and Miller. But I must also have disco, freestyle, Bocelli and of course Greek and other Italian songs.

Yep, I agree, a little bit of everything, so everyone will enjoy themselves. But i have to tell you i'm drawing the line at some of the hokey dance songs.............like the chicken dance, the macrena, the alley cat........etc.
Nope no way, no how

Dj is playing a variety of songs. Of course, I would request certain songs, but other than that he is free to do his thing. I told him to make sure all my guest stay on the dance floor.

I want a wide variety; old songs, new songs, dance songs, etc.
