Is anyone having someone play music at their cocktail hour only? And if so, how much are you paying?
I would like to do this, but I also would like to do it cheaply...

my DJ is piping in music from the reception room (right next door). it wasn't a lot more... $50 or $100 I think.

You can see my review on the BRB I was happy with them EXCEPT that a few people were late so we extended the CH by an extra 10-15 min. and they stopped playing at EXACTLY the 1 hour mark. I would have been more then happy to pay for the extra half hour for them to not have stopped while my guests were still in the room!!!! ( I didnt even THINK about them when we decided last min. to make the CH a little longer)
