Music for outdoor ceremony - string quartet or trio??

Hi,

I will be having an outdoor ceremony at the Crest Hollow Country Club with about 250 guests. Will there be a difference in the quality of music if I go with a string trio or a string quartet? Any advice will be greatly appreciated... THANKS!!!
