I had my muslin fitting today and it was great! I had no idea the muslin would be shaped just like my wedding dress. I guess that's why it took 3 months to make it. It's a template of my dress made to my measurements and my dress will be made based on this. It's exciting to see how my dress will fit without having lots of extra fabric clipped back. It's a fitting dress. They took my measurements and made a dress just like the one I bought, but it's inexpensive material and no beading. Like a template. That way rather than alter a heavily beaded dress too much they can just make the dress from scratch based on my measurements with the muslin.
