I'm making my must have photo list for my photographer. I did a search and found one that withthisring posted. I'm wondering if anyone has any unique photojournalistic shots. If so please post, I want to get some ideas! Thanks!

I think I have a bunch. You can do a search by my user name for my photo links.
But honestly some of those shots just happen. SonicStef is great for websites with photos. You might want to also ask her.

Usually photojournalistic shots aren't planned....it's moments that the photographer catches that you wouldn't think of taking a pic of....like the dad giving his little girl a kiss on the forehead, or the bride and groom laughing at something funny....but shots that I LOVE are: the grooms hand on the brides back or the groom standing behind her and wrapping his arms around her waist (for the ring shot), I like when the bridal party stands in a circle and the photgrapher is lying on the ground and everyone bends over him, I saw one where the bride and groom were kissing from a side view and the bride had her arm outstretched towards the camera holding her bouquet and the flowers were the focus with the b & G blurry in the background

Thats a great shot, Shamma! Anyone have any lists of must-have shots?
I know what photojournalistic is. I love photography and that is why I'm using Jovon and I have both a photographer and photo journalist. I just want to make sure that I have a list of everything b/c I'm a perfectionist and into details! I can't help it!
sept bride... who at jovon are you using? all i have to say is their photographers are amazing and will catch those moments you are looking for so no worries! i used john c and cesar and am very, very pleased!!! but i was so undecided bc they have so many many talented photographers! nothing to worry about!!! are you doing your video with them as well?

Kelly - thanks, that list is great!
Lauren - I'm using Telmo and Beth. I know they're are great and will do a great job. I'm just into the little details and I want to have a mental checklist of things I'd really like taken so I can make suggestions if they miss something. I'm sure that I will be overwhelmed and not even think about it, but it makes me calmer now to feel prepared!

and that's totally fine and understandable! you're getting MARRIED! woohoo! and married on my DH's bday so that's gotta be good luck - and we both used some of the same vendors (i think you fm'ed me about this last year). good luck!
