must play/do not play list

I have put down no rap/hiphop etc..but other that that I requested no 'train' songs..No conga, Follow de leader etc...I don't want a train as it is annoying to me having people try and drag folks from their seats. I dont' particularly like group dances, but am not banning them as some people like them and only dance to them as they a. don't have a date or partner
b. don't have confidence to dance unless in a group etc.

I need a variety of music as I have alot of seniors and mostly middle age, and some kids..so I can't just play my favorites...I am thinking the DJ will see how the floor looks and play accordingly..
