Must Take Photos

So I need your help with this. What did you do? Did you like make a comprehensive list of every person you wanted formal portraits? Like should I list all of my aunts and uncles or is that crazy? Or did you make list of the type of shots you wanted (like me and FH by piano, me and FH at bar, Me with girls on bridge etc).

I'm struggling with this cause on the one hand I don't want to be too detailed but then on the other I don't want to risk missing anything.

Help!!!!

Inevitabally pictures will be missed but I told the photographers what I wanted and I actually emailed him a list and he did his best to get them all in. If there's a picture you MUST have then I'd just make sure it gets done and other than that leave it up to the photographers.

I had a detailed list and pictures were missed still :( There were a few things I even forgot to write down myself and I kicked myself later on. I would be specific with your list but they should know the basic shots to get. I wanted more photojournalistic but I wanted some traditional too. I regret not having enough tradional ones.

Yes!

I did this with names so that my DOCs could call out names for everyone to be in the next shot.

Eunice + Gustavo
Eunice + Gustavo with Eunice's parents
Eunice + Gustavo with Eunice's parents and brother
Eunice + Gustavo with Eunice's parents and brother + Laura

etc. etc. etc. LOL
