I never book anything on the spot... but then I went to Pedestals... and I don't know... I booked them. I don't know why. I wasn't hesitant, I just said OK to what they said to me without even negotiating, asking questions... anything... meanwhile, I really liked the sample Flowers and Designs by Gina showed me. Now I'm having my first regret... I see mixed reviews of Pedestals on LIW and I'm afraid I booked with a vendor I won't get what my vision is out of them... I am so nervous I booked the wrong vendor and will be disappointed with a less than A review after the wedding. HELP! Any advice? Any happy pedestals customers to counteract the bad?

Re: My 1st Vendor Dilemma
Just remember, even though reviews are a great way to give you an idea..you ultimately should use your own judgment. If you were happy thus far why worry? Unless you feel you didn't ask enough questions prior to signing a contract.

Re: My 1st Vendor Dilemma
Hey! How much of a deposit did you put down if you dont mind my asking? Did you sign a contract? If so read it over and see what the cancellation policy is - sometimes a deposit is recuperable within a certain time especially since you just recently booked. If you truly feel uncomfortable - go with your gut. If you can't recoup funds at least have them prepare a sample for you before you decide to choose another vendor or provide you with a credit ()
I personally booked flowers by gina and she is amazing!!! If it helps any, I've heard both good and bad about pedestals but I hear it honestly depends on the person working with you. Hope this helps. Best of Luck.
