My 36 week visit and ANOTHER wacky dream...

Went to the dr last night and had my first internal since about the 12th week!!! YUCK! Was also tested for Strep B (can't wait to see that result with the way things have been going for me ). I'm not dilated at all, but the baby's head is in position! The dr told me that she won't let me go past my due date because of the diabetes, and that everything is fine!! I really want the baby to be born after 9/9, I really wanted 9/13 because I love the number 13, but that's not happening. 9/9 is my MOH and best friend's b'day. Joe really wanted 9/11, but we'll take what we can get!!! If I don't go into labor, they'll induce me.

And since Saturday, MY FASTING LEVEL HAS FINALLY GONE DOWN BELOW 90!!!! WHOO HOO!!!! Took long enough, but then being me, today it jumped back up to 94 -- oh I give up!!!

My wacky dream -- I dreamt that I had a girl , but SHE WAS A PILLOW!!!!!!!!! A very colorful pillow, but a friggin pillow!!!! Who the heck has a pillow? For that matter, who the heck has Mr. Peanut either????

I cannot believe that in less then 4 weeks, this little Bear Cub will be here. I still can't believe I started my 9th month already! It's flying right on by now! And I only have one more week left at work!!!

That's right ladies, I'll be suffering MAJOR LIW withdrawal symptoms w/o a computer!!!!! I'm working on getting a laptop hooked up, one more thing on the list of stuff to do before the Cub comes!! We still need to clean out the room of all the gifts and then paint, set up the room, etc.!!!!!! Nothing like waiting until the last minute, huh? But with me being home, I can get a lot accomplished because between work and running to the dr's, I can't get anything done at night!

we are gonna miss you! glad to hear cub is well. and that it's a pillow. that will be a lot easier to breastfeed I think. And they are generally very washable.
