My best friend also one of my BM's called me yesterday afternoon to tell me her and her boyfriend (now fiance) lol got engaged. He took her for a walk along the beach (he lives in the hampton bay area) and proposed to her there yesterday morning!!!
I am soooo excited for her. And so happy she really is a great BM but now I can share planning with her!!!! Plus he is such a great guy- she really is lucky!
Sorry just had to get my excitment out.

Since FH and I got engaged one of my good friends got engaged to her long-time boyfriend and then also last weekend FH's cousin got enaged.
Isn't it great to share the happiness

I don't know if she would join- I can try to suck her in. Well her sister is getting married March 09 so only 4 months after my wedding. And she is in both. So I think she wants to give herself some time and the earliest they said they would do it is Sept 09. But she also graduates grad school May 09 so she wanted to wait till that was over as well.
But thanks everyone. I never knew I would be this excited for her!!! But I am haha

she kinda picked it out in a way so they went to several places and she said what she liked. And narrowed it down to 2 different rings. So she didnt know which ring she was getting. I knew her bf was going to do it in the summer. Then he just bought the ring last week and said ok I'll do it next month. So yesterday was a total surprise to all of us haha. but she was definitely surprised I don't think she thought it was coming at all yet
