My birthday

My birthday

is tomorrow. or ?

I have a lot of fun things planned for tomorrow and the weekend, but I'm really not looking forward to turning 27. I think because now I realize that although I am still young, I'm really starting to get to that older part of my life.

Oh well. Happy Birthday to me anyway.

You think 27 is the 'older' part of your life?

I'm sorry, I don't mean to laugh at you, but that is really cute! Don't be silly. You arrive at the 'older' part when you are a great-grandparent, IMO.

Thank you everyone. It's not so much that I think 27 is old, it's just that it makes me realize that I'm really an adult now and no longer a 'kid'

So far it's been a nice birthday. DH let me open up 2 of my presents this morning. I got the Lion King DVD (one of my favorite movies) and he got us tickets to the Jets vs. Bills game this Sunday. We're both huge Bills fans!!
