My bridal Shower was this past weekend!!!

hello Everyone this is actually the first time I have written anything on this board but I have been reading on it for a while now and I really think this board is great! I wanted to share that I had my shower this weekend. It went really well. It was at the Irish Coffee Pub in Bayshore. The room was perfect with the tables all around and my chair in the middle with a wishing well. I had thought it might be that weekend but I was still surprised by all the people that came and all the gifts people brought. My FH and I got such nice gifts. My MOH and BM's handed out games and gave out prizes. I thought that was really nice. Then I opened all the gifts. I got most everything I registered for but there were also some nice surprises like the gift my FH cousins got me. They put all different assorted candles and candle holders and a Poem that said when to light each one and the colors also symbolized different times like our first night together in our new place. The other touching gift I got was from my Grandma. She passed away this past March but had left money in case she would not be able to attend the shower in person. My mom had bought a nice frame with a poem that said she will always be with me. All in all it went very well . I hope everyone else has a great shower as well!!

Hi Stacedz. The plans are going good. We sent out our invitations 2 weeks ago and started to get back a few responses. I still need to pick up gifts for the BM's and we need to finish up our favors. We also need to make a program for the church and get the marriege license. We are going to need to meet with the band soon to finalize the song list. But I think we are on pretty on top of things. How are you doing?

My plans are coming along well, thanks. We are meeting with our DJ tomorrow night, and the florist Saturday. This weekend we picked up our wedding bands and finalized our ceremony arch and bought my shoes. I started making place cards..so I think we are pretty good to go as well! I am getting so excited!
