Let's see if this works....Can I post something from microsoft word here? I'm thinking no....can anyone help me out as to how to do this?? thanks!!!

Open up the MS word file and then press the button that says Print Screen. Next open Paint and press ctrl + v (paste). Your image should be there now. Save as 'BMNews', file type jpeg.

Where is the print screen button? I don't see it... I tried to copy and paste it into word buyt the whole page got messed up when I did that. ???

The print screen button is usually above the delete key, arrows, home, and end key. It usually says Prt Scr on the top part of the key.
