My tranny broke and my car is a 97' so its not even worth it to fix. so now i need to spend wedding money on a new car :( im hoping to find a nissan for under 8,000 :( sigh

I'm sorry, I am so in the same boat as you it's not funny. I have a 99 corolla and it is so dangerous I can't believe I still drive it! Good luck finding a new car
