yeah.. it is weak on my scion also....i tighten the cr@p out if it ....itis so bad that when I pump gas it looses its seal & shuts off

That should be brought to the dealer's attention.

What model Scion? I love the XB.

If you change the timing belt on any car you should also change the water pump, and valve cover gasket too.
