My cheesy shower gift

I got 8-10 scratch off's!!! Yes you read right...scratch offs from my dear cousin! When she got married, my mom and i threw her shower, paid for everything...In return, she didn't show up to my shower (allergies were acting up) and sent a card with scratch offs!
Jeez some people are just truly sad.
Sorry if this sounded materialistic...it goes beyond this annoyance...BUT felt like venting

It is cheesy... I am sure there was something heartfelt that she could have gotten you for not a lot of money.
