Well you don't have to worry about decorations because Russo's is well known for being over the top and fabulous with them...
What kinds of ideas are you looking for? Do you mean the special little touches?
How about making your specialty drink something with a gingerbread taste or serving warm apple cider as the hospitality drink?

If you want something different for your bridemaids bouquets, use christmas tree balls. I have seen pics of them online and they look fabulous!!

Omg! My fave time of yr besides fall! If I wasn't having a fall wedding, christmas was next up!
Ok here's some ideas: At the end of the night, santa can give out ur favors Ornaments as favors or place card holders Drinks w candycanes as stirrers U can do all white and metallics (siiiiilver and gold, siiilllver and gold)-yes I'm singing lol Or traditional red and greens Or red and white like candycane Lights, twinkling icicle lights around dais (I'm sure there's a way to do it without looking tacky) and or other tables Sled or gingerbread house as cardbox (or ornament or xmas tree) Gingerbread house cake Names of reindeer for table #s
U can make this as sophisticated and elegant or as whimsical as u want. Soooo much fun!

Hi there - I am getting married at Russo's on 12/10 too! Are you the girl in the Tivoli room i met at the Bridal Showcase? We should talk off line and maybe coordinate how you plan on decorating the cocktail room... I am still up in the air but i'd love to discuss. It's getting close!!!

I'm around xmas too. I'm the 3rd. I'm doing a winter wonderland/ snowflake themed wedding. My ceneterpieces are in album. They're vases with ornaments. Blues, silver and white. My place card holders are ornaments with snowflakes on them. Its gr8 having that as a theme cause there's so much you can do with those colors and/or snowflakes. I have seen alot with the greens and reds too. There's def boards with xmas on here. Thats where I got some ideas from... Fun time of year

I got married at Russo's on Dec 21 of last year and russo's was decorated so nice! My color was gold and it went great with russo's theme because their menus and direction cards and everything is already gold! It worked out great. Also, for favors I did jars of honey that said meant to be they were really cute and everyone told me they used them that winter when they got sick in their tea!

I love the idea of white and ice blue!!! I have seen where they have the blue uplighting with snowflake lights on the floor!! You can do so much with this!!!

My friend did a Christmas/winter themed wedding this past december - here are some pics from her day: Cake Escortcards Favors were ornaments CP's Escortcard table and guest book - you had to write on a piece of paper shapped like an ornament and place it on the tree
