MY CHurch

we just had a meeting with our priest for the ceremony and i feel like all my church cares about is the money.....they are charging us an extra $50 on top of the $750 'sugested donation' for someone to do our rehersal because apparently our priest is 'too busy' so they hire people to run the rehersal ...anyone else experience this.....i feel like its so impersonal..the priest cant even do the rehersal i think its cr*ppy...it just really put a bad taste in my mouth. i know priests do weddings all the time but i wanted it to feel a little personal....i dont know i just feel really down about the whole meeting

I'm so sorry. I thought my church was expensive at $700. It's outrageous but try and think of the big picture. Unfortunately, we can't do anything about it.
