My Cousin's Rehearsal Dinner and the craziness that went with it!
Last night was my cousin's rehearsal dinner at St. Pauls Greek Orthodox Church. We were scheduled for 5:30 and there were two weddings before us - one at 3 and one at 4. Just so you know, the did a great job with all the craziness that went on!
Well let me tell you - MY HEART GOES OUT TO BOTH THOSE BRIDES!!!!!
The first wedding was postponed over 40 minutes because the groom's parents didn't show up!!! (this was due to some heavy heavy traffic) But they started the ceremony ANYWAY!!! The parents did get there in time for a good chunck of the ceremony!
Now the second wedding. My gosh - mind you they were already 30-40 minutes late. Well guess who wasn't there when they should have started- the photographer!!!!!! That's right! Wasnt there and didn't get there until 6:10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![]()

For a wedding that was supposed to start at 4!!!The poor groom, on the other hand, had a bit too much to drink (he reeked of alcohol) and was so stressed out that he threw up all over himself and his tux!!!!! He was an absolute mess - I can only imagine the bride.
We ended up doing half our practice in the gym of the church and then waited until the church freed up at 7:15 to do our rehearsal!!!! TWO HOURS LATE!!! Thank goodness the restraunt accomidated us beautifully. It was an italian place on Mineola BLVD. La Cistena or something like that. Food was very yummy and great service!!
The photographer who was late was named Iris ________ If anyone knows who this is, LET ME KNOW SO I STAY AWAY!!!!!!
