i need help. I recently ordered my save the date cards, i had posted them awhile back, they are carlson craft, a car with a scratch off licence plate to reveal the date of the wedding. Now i have some out of towners and im getting married in westchester. I wanted to write a little something to stuff in the envelope abut hotel information. basically the phone number of the 2 closest hotels and to book early if interested. any idea how to do this but wiht a cute twist? all ideas welcome!!1

hmmm maybe since you're doing the car thing as the STD maybe you could put in a small business card type thing with some sort of reference to like a road trip or something so maybe like a rest stop or pit stop referring to the hotel i don't know, i'm bad at this stuff

why don't you cut a piece of cardstock to the same size of the STD's and print out the hotel information on it. You can have this done at staples and kinko's also. Or, you can get the little pieces of paper the hotels provide and just stick that in the envelopes

Maybe a little map with the hotels and their info starred off, maybe a little card meant to look like a hotel room key, maybe a card with the international street sign for hotel (the big H) and the hotel info on the back

I sent out STDs a few months back and didnt insert any hotel info! Anyone have ideas on when or how to send them out for out of town guests! Half of my wedding guest will be from out of town! I made a big boo boo!

this might be cheesy and a bid hard, but how about a 'keychain' with paper keys and on each key you put one piece of information that you want to give them?
