So you all know i freak out over $. Today i told FH that if we wait til 2012 we can book it now and make the party huge like he wants. We can do a twilight wedding instead of a noon one. I can get a photobooth, he can have a monster after party w his family and friends in a hotel and we can go on a LONG and amazing honeymoon w no worries.
What did he say? No. But he wants all of those things now.
Then he freaked out over $ and made me upset.
I cant win!!!! Im eloping...without him. Lol

Seriously its a win win situation. He gets the time he wants and i can live stress free. If i push it back i can easily pay for a 40k wedding instead of worrying about paying for a 27k one now.
I can book the hall and not even pay them for a year although i would. It would be so easy this way. And it guarantees no other wedding there at all that day so they wouldnt rush us.
The thing is i need a vacation. I havent gone away since 2003 and i want to go to halloween horror nights at universal in oct. If i dont get away im gonna explode!
I told him we'd get married and a vow renewal.
No.
BUT he's entertaining the idea of us going on a cruise w his friend and his wife. I dont wanna spend a week w them! I want to spend the time w him. We need it.
Someone kill me.

Really though is my idea bad? We already live together. I already own a house. One of our cars will be paid off in oct. It's just better financially i think.
And fyi my dad will agrer w him im sure. But theyre not paying for the whole thing and his parents have no money.

honestly i loveeeee the sunday thing. i just think the whole ambiance is so great there for a daytime wedding. the whole ch and night theyll see and be able to enjoy the nice weather, im doin sat daytime and i could not be happier.. we're doin an after party at the hotel and whoever is still going will come!

tottally up to you but i like the day wedding there... much for options and money saving as far as limos photographer etc. bc they can still do another wedding after. your not tying anything up for a whole day

Thats true plus i think the min was higher. I have to guarantee 150 for a sun afternoon in oct.
Hmmm. I mean if its the same min its like how much more 5k? I hate getting up early! But i think you lose the ambiance of lands end at night. Id still have daylight the whole time. Hmmm
