Anyone looking to DIY, I highly recommend cards and pockets dot com. They have a great selection and customer service. I used their printing service too. Just received all my materials and threw together a sample of my invite. Now it's time to assemble!

Thanks :) I bought a PDF file from an etsy seller. Basically, she created an invite, RSVP and accommodations card for me. Customized it, sent proofs for me to change or approve, etc. when everything looked great, she sent me the files via PDF format. Cards and pockets has a print shop. All you have to do is upload the PDF file to them and they'll print them for you on invite paper. Technically I could buy the paper and print them myself but my printer sucks and I didn't wanna bother. Places like staples and kinkos will print your PDF files too but cards and pockets was much cheaper. I purchased the mats to layer them, envelopes, envelope liners, etc. they can assemble them for you but I figured I'd do it my self, lil by little. They allow you to buy samples of all their products which I suggest doing so that you can see the colors and paper textures you want. I basically ordered a ton of samples and found a combination I loved. My colors are mint and gold and there were a lot of shades if each, so I ordered samples to pick the right combo. It's hard to see in the pic but the gold is a metallic shimmery color. Soooo much cheaper than any invites I priced out online or through invitation stores.

They came out great! What did you use to assemble and put the layers together? I've heard glue dots are good? I give you a lot of credit..I don't know if I have the patience for this! lol

Thanks! I used this tape gun machine, similar to glue dots but it dispenses them for you. It's called the Glu Glider Pro.
