You just design whatever you like in word or any other design program. I used Print Shop. Then I printed them onto vellum. I liked the look of the ribbon up to the top of the candle, so I will be using a tea light in the top of each candle, sunk in really low. I used to outer wrapping of the candle as a template and trimed the vellum. I double stick taped it ...and there you go!
