MY DIY MENUS (opinions please) **W/ PICS**

The DIY bug hit me and I'm doing menus now.

Opinions, suggestions?? I wont take offense, bring em on.

Paint doesnt like me and it cut off my name so I also posted a pic of the momogram the way it should look.

I didnt pick my official menu w/ the RH yet, but this is basically what FH and I liked so far. Oh, and if you have been to the Watermill and had any of these and they were nasty, please let me know...lol

It also looks a bit blurry b/c of the conversion, I guess. It is cleared when I print them.

I was going to add a blue bow. Maybe at the bottom instead of the scroll.

I have a few questions:
1. Should I add “champagne toast” at the top since we are having that?
2. Should I add more blue. Like the scroll at the bottom and the names of the dishes?
3. Should I add the word “salad” after caeser or is that redundant. It just seems too shot compared to the other dish names
4. I took it all from the RH menu…should I shorten the veg tower description? It seems rather wordy
5. Should I delete “choose one” and put “OR” in between each dish?
6. Should I put “course one”, etc instead of appetizer, salad., etc? There are really only 4 courses and intermezzo, and dessert??
