My DIY shirt

I loved the cute tank Victoria's Secret had, but didn't want to spend the 30+ bucks on it. So I made one myself.
Total cost about 12.00

Michaels. Its 9.99 for 48 letters. They come on a sheet, they have all different styles. I used a 50% off coupon from AC Moore since they take competitor coupons so it cost me 5 dollars for the letters.

Are they iron-ons? or do you actually have to know how to sew?
