Thanks for all the nice comments... i have been trying so hard to do things myself... save alittle $$$
I don't know the size of the candle but all i did was buy the vellum from Michael's and someone on LIW gave me the template.
I then used double stick tape to put the ribbon on the top and bottom and glued on the diamond hearts!
