But seriously I messed up my back so badly yesterday! Still hurts today too

Im so against Chiropractors.. I'd recommend seeing an Orthopedic doctor.
A close friend had a neck ache.. saw a chiropractor for a year.. constant readjustments. She felt better but the pain would come back. Finally she saw an Orthopedic doctor only to find out the chiro was irrating her medical problem and that the pain would only go away temporarily cause it was never FIXING the problem just putting off so the chiro could keep having her back $$$. She ended up needing surgery through her throat and into the back of her neck because of the damage the chiro caused.
