My dream wedding invitations came true! Invitation porn with pic!

Wow. Wow. Wow. I'm floored.

Some of you read the invitation drama I was having-that my mom HATED the invitation Fh and I picked out. So tonight we went back to Invitations and Beyond and re selected. They were so nice and so patient with us.

Well-we got the invitations of my dreams! I saw these invites in either Elegant Bride or Martha Stewart Weddings Magazines, and gasped. The company is called Dauphine Press and the custom make everything!

Our proof comes within 2-3 weeks, but here are the samples to give you an idea.

The color we did is a fuscia on pearl white paper-the invite, reception card, and response cards will all be customized differently.

The first pic is 2 colors (with fuscia & orange)
The second pic is 1 color only (pictured in plum but we will do the 1 color in fuscia).

When we get a proof I swear I will post! In the meantime, here are 2 teasers-even though ours will be sort of like a cross between the 2.

Our envelopes will be pearl white with that funky textile print envelope lining..

I'm dying. I can't believe FH went so nuts on invites!

Enjoy my invitation porn!

ohhhhhhhh my heavens!!!!! LOVIN it!

Drooling over:
1. the lined outer envelope
2. the 'banner' on the RSVP card
3. the colorzzzzzzzzz

Mostly -- how each piece is so DIFFERENT yet the set is so cohesive.

<3 it all!!!!!!

LOVE them!!! Ahhh....the first ones are my 'summer wedding' colors, and I still love them so, so much, and part of me wishes I just threw caution to the wind and used them regardless of season. Beautiful design too!
