go to paint, go to image, click on stretch and skew, change the 100% for horizontal and vertical to a smaller percentage, if the pic is real big do 30%, if not then do 50%...then just click save as and thats it

It was a good experience... sooo funny we all had a good time. My best friend cried wen she saw teh dress and I cried wen they asked me about FH. very emotional but will always remember it!
