I am so excited! The dress salon just called me to tell me that my dress has arrived. I asked the woman on the phone if it came in correct, i.e. is it the correct color and length? Is it clean? Is the correct beading on it? She says that it is perfect and that they are putting it into cold storage because my wedding isn't until September and my first fitting will not be until sometime in July. I ordered quite early because I have heard horror stories about dresses arriving dirty or too short or the wrong color, etc. and I wanted to ensure that God forbid that happened to me that I would have sufficient time to re-order if need be. Anyway, do you think that I should take her at her word or should I go down there and inspect it personally to make sure? Otherwise, I will not see it until 2 months before the wedding.

thats so Exciting i'm jealous- i'm getting married in june and my dress wont be in til april-
i would go inspect it myself- if not to nit pick- just to see your ACTUAL dress in person! thats so much fun- i probably would try it on too.

yay! definitely go in to make sure it's ok though....my dress came in end of November, over a year early, and I just went last week to try it on to make sure it was ok. You'll feel so much better!
