that dress is DIVINE!!!

was there a skirt or a slip that was under it that makes it poof out more in the bottom?? I remember it being bigger..or maybe I am short so I was closer to the ground...lol

Nope! No crinoline or slip underneath.... I am standing on the podium which is why it looks less poofy. When I am on the floor without shoes it puffs out more.... I am pretty tall so it might not get to be a poofy as I'd imagined
