My dress was due to ship on 4/30. I still don't have it.

I don't know who is giving me the runaround - either the dress shop, or the designer, but its definitely SOMEONE.

I have asked my dress shop for a tracking number 5 TIMES. I never get a call or email back.

I know I have time, but I ordered this dress 10 MONTHS AGO.

I am getting really upset and I feel like someone is lying to me.
My dress shop already ordered the dress incorrectly once before - I'm worried that she made another mistake and is just giving me the runaround as opposed to telling me something is wrong.

I've gone there in person, called, and emailed.

OK now get this - I called the designer directly, and they said that there is no in my size and color choice recently delivered OR due to arrive in my area anytime soon. So again, I don't know if the wrong dress was ordered AGAIN, or if something else is going on.


I don't know what to do anymore!!!!!!

oh my goodness. I'm so sorry!

I can't believe that you have not heard back from the bridal salon. Sometimes if you give them a late wedding date they wait forever to actually order it. I would demand to see proof that it was ordered. I wonder if you can request your money back. They're clearly outside of their promise to get it to you back the 30th.

thank you - I have proof that it was ordered.

They told the designer that my wedding is the first week of September, so they didn't take superlong.

I just called again and was told 'they are monitoring it - they'll call me when they know something.'

I explained that I have family here this weekend and I want someone to see it....she said they'll work on it.

OMG can you give me the # you called? I'v ebeen trying to do the same thing with my Maggie Dress I get the run around too at my shop now it's due 'June 10th' my wedding is July 14th

I hope you get your dress ASAP!! 10months is crazy...

That seems quite shady-my dress shipped a little later than they originally told me but they did give me a tracking number and it arrived perfect. I would demand you see proof that the dress was ordered, especially since the designer said what they did. Sorry you have to deal with this!

Hey, there was another girl on the boards a while back who had the same problem! She ordered from Bridal Elegence, and the same thing was going on so she was going to buy something off the rack.... but then her dress came in! You should do a search and see if you can find that post and ask her what she did to get the dress?

Quite a coincidence.
I ordered so early ON PURPOSE, so I'd have plenty of time in case something went wrong.
