I just brought my e ring in for the first cleaning and when I got back in the car I noticed one of the side stones was missing! I practically ran back in to the store. They are sending it out to be repaired and replace the stone but now I have no ring for at least a week. Feels so weird. They should give you replacement rings!
that is terrible. That happened to me once. The jeweler fixed for me no charge. But make sure you tell them to check all of the stones to make sure they are set right.
I thought I had checked it when I put it back on but I must of missed it. Or it fell out in the mall or in macys in the bridal salon!! Luckily they are replacing free of charge. I was pretty close to tears.
awwww you poor thing!!!! thank goodness you noticed! they should give you a loaner like when you send your cell phone out for repair!
That actually happened to FH - he was picking it up from the store to get it sized, and they cleaned it right before they gave it to him. He made it all the way home before he realized a small side stone was missing! He had to take it back the next day, but luckily they had a jeweler on site and they were able to fix it right then and there.
Sorry that happened but it's really a good thing before you got too far or they may have not taken responsibility for it.
Thank goodness you noticed the stone fell out before you had gotten all the way home. I def agree they should be giving you a loaner ring. I feel so weird when I dont have my ring on. The week will go quick
aww Im soo sorry. I cant even imagine how weird that must feel. I always take mine off at night and even that feels weird. I hope you get it backsoon
i have to take my ring off when i'm doing clinicals for school adn i feel so lost without it !!!
