My engagement party is tomorrow!

I am very excited but really nervous for some reason. I think I just have anxiety of being in the spot light, I never had a sweet 16 or any party that was for me so this is a new feeling! lol

My FH's dad and step mom very nicely offered to give us a party and have it up in their backyard in Westchester. From what I've seen of the tent which was set up yesterday and the tables and flower arrangements and menu we should have just had that be our wedding haha

Oh and I still am not sure what I am going to wear! I decided against heels bc they got walls, fans and lights in the tent but no floor so I don't want to be sinking into the grass lol

Thank you everyone!! We could never have afforded to throw one for ourselves, I think that by the time you pay for everything you wouldn't make the money back so it would just be a waste. I was very fortunate and grateful that my future in-laws were willing to open their home and had the money to give us such a wonderful party.

Its was a great day, I will have to put pictures up soon. I totally agree about it being over in a flash!! Before I knew it, it was over. It scares me bc now I see how fast the wedding day is going to go by!!
